We are committed to helping consumers understand and exercise their rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The FCRA is a federal law that promotes the accuracy, fairness, and privacy of information contained in consumer credit reports.
Dave The Credit Fixer is committed to operating in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”), the Credit Repair Organizations Act (“CROA”), and other applicable federal and state laws.
Our goal is to help consumers understand their credit rights and assist them in addressing information on their consumer credit reports that they believe may be inaccurate, incomplete, unverifiable, outdated, or otherwise questionable.
The Fair Credit Reporting Act gives consumers important rights regarding the accuracy, fairness, and privacy of information contained in their consumer credit reports. These rights may include the right to:
Review information contained in your credit reports;
Dispute information you believe is inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable;
Request that consumer reporting agencies investigate disputed information;
Receive notice when information in your credit report has been used against you in certain credit, employment, insurance, or housing decisions;
Seek correction or removal of information that cannot be verified as accurate under applicable law.
The FCRA applies to consumer reporting agencies, furnishers of information, and certain users of consumer reports. We do not control the decisions of credit bureaus, creditors, lenders, debt collectors, or other furnishers of information.
Dave The Credit Fixer does not promise or guarantee any specific credit score increase, credit approval, loan approval, deletion, or outcome. Results vary based on each consumer’s unique credit profile, the accuracy of the information being reported, responses from credit bureaus and furnishers, and other factors outside our control.
We do not advise consumers to make false statements, create a new identity, misuse an Employer Identification Number, or take any unlawful action to alter or misrepresent credit information.
We only assist with disputes or credit-related communications based on information provided by the consumer and applicable legal rights.
Accurate, timely, and verifiable negative information may remain on a consumer credit report for the period allowed by law. Credit restoration services are intended to help consumers address information they believe may be inaccurate, incomplete, unverifiable, outdated, or questionable — not to remove accurate information simply because it is negative.
Consumers have the right to dispute credit report information directly with credit bureaus and furnishers at no cost. Our services are optional and are designed to provide education, document preparation, organization, and support during the credit restoration process.
Consumers are responsible for providing truthful, complete, and accurate information to Dave The Credit Fixer. We may request documentation to support disputes or communications made on a consumer’s behalf.
Information provided by Dave The Credit Fixer is for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered legal, tax, financial, or credit approval advice. For legal advice regarding your specific situation, consult a licensed attorney.
